Overview of KAM 3
The overall purpose of this KAM is to evaluate the social systems theory perspective of homosexual resources and apply these theories to job retention in the DeKalb County School System (DCSS). I plan to create a plausible resolution to the ineffective recruitment, selection, and induction process that is currently in stray for the DCSS. This KAM will explain what the DCSS must accomplish in mold to be an effective organization in providing education to their assorted student population. I plan to demonstrate that I assimilate met the objectives of this KAM by creating a scholarly paper of about 90 pages to build a foundation on a come-at-able solution to improve job retention in DCSS.

Upon the completion of this KAM, I will
1. The purpose of the Breadth component of this KAM is to help me to develop an intensified awareness of the use of systems theory in human resources in understanding an explaining the complexity of our world and its educational school system organization.
1.
To explore the diachronic development, philosophical underpinnings, and present state of systems theory, as well as equal and contrast different viewpoints and scholarly contributions to systems theory in human resources to reduce job retention.
1. To be able to compare and contrasts the explanatory models of various theorists and researchers through an integrative application assigning that will demonstrate my knowledge of key concepts and ability to dismantle and synthesize the internal coherence and validity of the concepts of job retention. .
