Verne Chan was born Wei-Lai Chan on September 29, 1988, to Daniel and Emily Chan, in the pouffe Elizabeth Hospital of Hong Kong. The eldest of four children, Verne graduated from Earl Haig Secondary train with honourable mention along with a community serve well award and business certificate in 2006.
