My interpretation of the first right I believe is that if individual would accuse a soulfulness of a crime, any crime, and the soulfulness who is accused of that crime goes megabucks to a river and jumps into it, if that person who jumped into the water would sink or drown, the person who accused them of the crime would gain the persons house.
If the person who is accused of a crime goes down to that same river and jumps into it notwithstanding happens to make it approve to shore without drowning, then the person who accused them would then be put to death and the person who jumped into the river who do it, would get the accusers home. I believe that this particular natural law is bad and the reason I feel that way is because I believe you cant entirely accuse someone of doing something wrong or of committing a crime then enumerate them to go jump in a river and if they make it back to shore they sparred their life and gained the accusers house as well, while the accuser loses his life instead. What if the person who jumped into the river per say couldnt drift? Does that average that he committed the crime or that he just couldnt swim?
