Due to the merger, InterClean will be implementing a new training and mentoring program to help envision and carry out direct marketing and sales activities, so as to maintain and unwrap sales of industrial modify products and services that will streamline our cleansing efforts with the requirements for environmental safety.

Training and Mentoring Program
To strategically improve and develop employee talent.
Objectives:
At the end of function one, participants will know the uphill issues of sanitation, and environmental regulations of cleaning and cleaning carcasss.
At the end of part one, participants will know all OSHA standards on all cleaning and sanitation products.
At the end of the part one, participants will how the products work, assure the legal, environmental, safety, ethical, and regulatory issues that affect sanitation and cleaning in miscellaneous industries and settings.
Participants will examine their individual sales style.
Participants will understand various customer buying styles.
Participants will be subject to adapt their own sales styles to the customers buying style.
