Utah RESTAURANTS Utah is famous for many things; our temples, the Rocky Mountains, issue parks, and local anaesthetic eating houses. Most of these famous eating places started here in Utah. close to of them have been around for awhile but then in that respect are others that are just getting started. These are a few of Utah based restaurants. Utahs oldest restaurant is known as h unmatchedys grill. It started was by Greek immigrant, George P. dearest. He undetermined the restaurant in 1919 in the city of Logan. In 1939, Mr. bear was encouraged by others to move his restaurant to a more than business district of Downtown Salt Lake City. To this day Lambs Café and Grill has not changed since 1939. It still remains with the same(p) tables, booths, wainscot, and light-fixtures that were there in 1939 from the restaurant that was previously there since in the first place the move. The chairs that are being used in the main eat room were ordered by Mr. Lamb from Vienna in the 1920s, also, many of the antiques that are on display in the restaurant were bought from all over the world. In 1941, Mr. Lamb met Ted J. Speros, who was a local restaurant owner, they became business partners and together they ran Lambs Grill well-known restaurant in Salt Lake City. Since then Lambs Grill has won many different awards.
