Assimilation: They discern to success for immigrants

The history of the world can be draw as a history of immigration, in which sight campaign to different areas and are forced to cohabitate, or not in some cases, and adapt to their new surroundings. The conflicts or compromises that arise from the intermixing of people from different backgrounds play a large role in shaping the host country, and the world in general. Think some the events in American history that have been caused by its versatile population, and how profoundly the country has been divided due to them. The civil rights movement, and the eer ongoing issues of illegal immigration have left ample marks and folded pages in Americas history books. The differences surrounded by people from different countries can cause tension, and are unitary of the largest problems immigration poses. Indian born American author Bharati Mukherjee weighs in on this issue, and states that immigrants cannot hang on entirely to their old customs duty and ideas if they want to be successful in their new country, as this hanging on makes immigrants different from both their original ending, and their adopted culture.
