Addicted To Phones? Cell Phone Use Becoming A Major Problem

It seems that lately texting has become very popular. Im not exactly sure why, but I guess it has something to do with societys growing care of personal contact. In my opinion, texting is a complete waste of time. These years community are so afraid of reservation a mistake that they need to repeatedly read what they are es interpret to say in an attempt to craft the perfect message. And even so so if you know what you requisite to say, its a pain to typecast stunned the messages; unless of course, you spend all your time texting. It is so much easier to merely make a phone call and say what you piss to say.

Also texting creates all those ridiculous acronyms that are continually works to destroy the English language. Occasionally, I bequeath overhear a conversation that is peppered with things like OMFG and LOL. Seriously, LOL? When the hell did it become so strong to laugh? Im beginning to think that eventually people allow get to the institutionalize where their communication is based solely in code.

However, what really pisses me off about people that text is the concomitant that they do it all the time. At work, in school, while walking, even while talking to another person. For me, walking around campus has glowering in a game of Dodge the idiot thats texting. It got to the point where I can hear the endless clicking of phone keypads in my dreams.





Now, Im going to go beyond my usual rant and contribute a few tips of advice to anybody that feels attached to their text messages.
First off, every time you think to write a text message, hire yourself Would it be easier to simply pick up the phone? or Do I even really need to say this?
Next, reduce the use of acronyms; the fact that you actually have to type out each word may discourage you from making so many text messages. At the very least, it will prevent you from further butchering the language.
